Very favorite: cook like a pro with the Simon Chief
Ca makes already 4 years that I know this site and thanks to him I passed from the statute of neophyte to, say, enlightened amateur. One of my preferred receipts, that I made discover with some Madagascans, it is the juxtaposed ratatouille. Test-there it is excellent!
What is well with this site, it is that all is illustrated with excess. And especially it is explained us why a receipt can succeed or as well r�ter lamentably. There is even a section cooks curious where experiments are carried out, here are some:
